主要产品线
一、SPARCL™试剂盒
SPARCL™（空间近距分析试剂捕获发光）检测使用两种特定的抗体；一种与HRP结合，另一种与二氢化吖啶结合，一种化学发光底物。当HRP和二氢化吖啶结合的抗体与它们的靶生物标志物结合时，加入过氧化氢（触发溶液）后，HRP催化氧化邻近二氢化吖啶分子，导致与生物标志物浓度成比例的化学发光。远离HRP的二氢化吖啶分子不被氧化，因此不产生发光。这一原理可以开发一系列快速敏感的均相免疫分析方法。
典型的SPARCL™检测不需要洗涤步骤，只需一次孵育，从开始到结束大约需要45分钟。而ELISA需要1-4次孵育，1-3次洗涤步骤，需要2-4+小时。SPARCL™试剂盒需要一个能够同时加样和测量的光度计。Life Diagnostics提供一系列的SPARCL™检测试剂盒。
